We are in Taipei

On this trip is Bethany (first trip), Kevin Colon (8th trip), Brian (5th trip) and Angela Weigner(3rd trip). We left Denver at 9pm on Sunday night. Our time at DIA and LAX was more of a sprint as we had long security lines and check in lines. It is nice to be able to sit and relax for a few hours.

Here we are in Taipai. It is Tuesday morning at 6am (Monday, 4pm in Colorado). We are so glad to be here and relax! Then just one more 3 hour flight.

We will get to Hanoi at 10am and then have a day full of city fun and preparation for our time up north. Today we will meet with the GVI staff, buy supplies (soap, toothbrushes, etc), start rehearsing our Hygiene Training, eat great food, and explore Hanoi. We also have all day tomorrow in Hanoi and leave on the train Wednesday night for the north.
